What to Prep for Wonton Sheets?
- Instant wonton wrapper
- Water
What to Prep for Filling?
- 200g CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer
- 300g Minced chicken
- 150g Prawn, peeled
- 3 nos Shitake mushroom, thinly cut
- 4 stalks Spring onion, thinly chopped
- ½ stick Carrot, fine cubed
- 5 nos Water chestnut, fine cubed
- 1 stalk Celery leaf, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp White pepper powder
What to Prep for Stock Glaze?
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 6 nos Garlic, sliced
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Chicken stock powder
- 500ml Water
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
How To Cook?
1. Mix all the filling ingredients in a bowl, with CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
2. Place one wonton sheet on a flat surface and spoon 1 teaspoon of filling into the centre. Tie the wonton sheet with a strip of spring onion or leek. Repeat with the remaining wonton sheets and filling.
3. Fry a few pieces of chopped garlic until fragrant, then add your favourite stock base mixed with cornstarch. Place the money bags into the stock, cover with a lid, and cook for 5–10 minutes. Serve hot.
