What to Prep?

  • 25g  Old ginger (sliced)

  • 10g  Red dates (halved)

  • 100g   Brown sugar

  • 1L  Water

  • 200g  Glutinous rice ball

  • 150g   Carnation© Evaporated Creamer

How To Cook?

  1. Combine old ginger, red dates, brown sugar, and water in pot. Bring to boil, simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Add in glutinous rice balls, boil until the glutinous rice balls float to the surface.
  3. Add in goji berry.
  4. Stir in Carnation© Evaporated Creamer. Serve.
