What to Prep?
- 25g Old ginger (sliced)
- 10g Red dates (halved)
- 100g Brown sugar
- 1L Water
- 200g Glutinous rice ball
- 150g Carnation© Evaporated Creamer
How To Cook?
- Combine old ginger, red dates, brown sugar, and water in pot. Bring to boil, simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add in glutinous rice balls, boil until the glutinous rice balls float to the surface.
- Add in goji berry.
- Stir in Carnation© Evaporated Creamer. Serve.
