What to Prep?

  • Sago layer:
  • 300g Sago, soaked in water for 30 minutes
  • 2L Water
  • 1 can CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer
  • 200ml Water
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Mango Puree:
  • 600g / 2 nos Large, ripe mangoes - peel and cut into cubes
  • 250g Ice
  • 50g Sugar
  • Topping:
  • 500g / 2nos Large, ripe mangoes - peel and cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp/cup pomelo

How To Cook?

1. Drain the sago, then add the water and sago in a pot.
2. Leave it to cook for 20 minutes until the sago is fully cooked and translucent.
3. Strain the sago, and wash with cold water.
4. Mix the sago, water, CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer, and salt into a mixing bowl. Set aside.
5. To prepare the mango puree, blend the mango, ice, and sugar in a blender until a fine paste is formed. Set aside.
6. Divide the mango puree equally into 6 glasses, layer each glass with the sago mix. Lastly, top with mango and pomelo pulp equally. Serve immediately!
