What to Prep?
Scramble Egg
- 3 nos Egg
- 100g Carnation Evaporated Creamer
- 1tsp White pepper powder
- 1tsp Salt
- 1tbsp Oil (For Cooking)
Filling
- 50g Spring Onion (Matchstick)
- 100g Carrot (Matchstick)
- 100g Shitake Mushroom (Slice)
- 200g Soo Hoon / Dong Fun
- 50g Red Capsicum (Matchstick)
- 1tbsp Oil (For Cooking)
- 1tsp White pepper powder
- 1tsp Salt
How To Cook?
- In the bowl add all the ingredient and Carnation Evaporated Creamer, scramble on the pan. Set aside.
- In the same pan add all the filling ingredient and cook well, palace back the scramble egg and mix well.
- Place in the bowl and compress it, then place upside down on the plate and remove the bowl. Garnish with slice chilies and spring onion on top and ready to be serve.
