What to Prep for Potato Mixture?
- 100g Mashed potato powder
- 200ml CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer
- 10g Salt
- 450ml Hot water
- 200g Shrimp (peeled, chopped)
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Spring onion/chives
- Mozzarella cheese
What to Prep for Prawn?
- 15 pcs Big tiger prawn
- To taste Salt and pepper
What to Prep for Creamy Spicy Sauce?
- 200ml CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer
- 200g Mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Cayenne powder
- 2 tbsp Tabasco sauce
How To Cook?
1. Bring the water to a simmer and add salt, CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer, and mashed potato powder. Stir until smooth. Add the chopped raw shrimp, salt, pepper, and spring onions (optional), and mix well. Set aside.
2. Butterfly the prawns and scoop the shrimp mixture evenly on top of each prawn. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the filling.
3. Preheat the oven, then bake the prawns until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
4. Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and serve on the side with the baked prawns.
